A: For big order, we ship by sea; for small order, we ship by courier company like Fedex or DHL

A: The price we quoted is based on USD currency-FOB Shanghai or other port negotiable. If the order value is below USD 5000, the price term will be EXW
Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we supply free samples of the value under USD 20. The buyer should cover the shipping cost. We also have a free sample program, in all sample requests within USD 100, we will select one customer at random each month, we grand free samples.
Q: What is your payment terms
A: We accept 100% wire transfer in advance for small order (value under USD 5000). For bigger orders, we accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

A: Yes, we supply OEM products with customer’s brand
Q: What shall I do if we encounter the problem of your product?
A: Please contact our sales representative about the problem without any delay. Please also submit the inspection report with pictures concerning the problem description. We will do our best to solve the problem and sort out the solution or replace the products for you. For alarms, the customers ship the faulty alarms back by airmail, and we will ship the replacement in the next shipment.
Q: How can I import and how much should I pay for tax and duties
A: Our price does not include the tax and duties at the destination port. For the clearance process, tax and duties, please check with your local Customs or forwarding agent. If you want us to handle the your customs clearance and in-land shipping, please inform us the Item Code, quantity and your address, so that we can check the DDU price for you.
